Risk Management Insurance

Case Study

We advised a company who helped fleet operators with risk reduction planning. They were concerned about allegations of errors in advice. Claims for compensation were unlikely, but any such claims could be costly to our client.

We contacted underwriters for quotations and we informed our client about the terms and conditions. They chose to consider cover for legal costs incurred defending allegations of causing injury or damage.

We arranged cover after different levels of protection were discussed. We also helped to find professional indemnity and public liability within one policy on time and under budget.

“Having spent some time with Jason he is clearly more interested in helping organisations holistically than just selling insurance. His approach to the issues affecting businesses was refreshing.”
